I intended to use this page to post regular health and wellness tips for my patients. The practice opened nearly a year ago and this is my first post. The good news is that I probably can't do worse than that. Starting on something like this seems insurmountable because the first post should be enlightening, engaging, funny, intelligent and a reflection of your brand. That's not what this post is. This post is because I resolutely swore to myself that I would post to the website as I was flossing my teeth at a red light (Which, yes, I do and, in my professional opinion, is not recommended unless you are an expert or would otherwise not floss at all.) So, here is the first post. I will try to post recipes and life hacks and the absurd things that happen in my world as a way for you to get to know me on a more personal level.
